HOW TO MAKE A KOMBUCHA CRASHER

By The KTB Team

Kombucha cocktail hour? Count us in. We’re sharing a KTB favourite crafted by our fave person in the whole world, Robert Vasquez. “Kombucha is something I cannot get enough of. It’s filled with antioxidants and probiotics thanks to the natural fermentation process, and at this point comes in every flavor you can imagine. Think strawberry lemonade, Pink Lady apple, pomegranate, and more. If quarantine has made you crave a cocktail every once in a while—and if you’re like me, and you’ve burned out on your signature cocktail (mine is a simple tequila soda with lime)—this spritz is just what you need to spice things up.

In comes the Kombucha Crasher, the perfect beverage for warm weather with the right combination of fizz and flavor. Not to mention, less guilt when using kombucha vs. other sugar-filled, prepackaged mixers. You can switch up your kombucha flavor (mine is Guava Goddess at the moment) and your spirit of choice with this easy recipe for an endless combination of delicious sips this summer.” Learn the step-by-step instructions below.
