All you need is 10 minutes and the listed ingredients and you’re on your way to a tasty summer treat. Pro tip: it comes out very thick, like a pudding. Mango Summer Smoothie

RECIPE TYPE:Beverage 
SERVING SIZE:1
PREP TIME:10 min.
TOTAL TIME:10 min.
INGREDIENTS: 

1-2 organic sweet, ripe mangoes 

(may use more than one, 

depending on size)
1/2 to 3/4 cup organic coconut yogurt
Pinch of organic cardamom
Pinch of organic palm coconut 

sugar or 1 teaspoon of Manuka 

honey
Splash of rose water, to taste 

(try a few drops first—it’s very

 potent and concentrated)
Optional: 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid of 

your choice—soy milk, 

coconut water, etc., to make it a drinkable consistency
Pinch of organic shredded 

coconut for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Peel and pit the mangoes.
2. Place mango, yogurt, cardamom, 

sugar or honey (if using), 

and rose water in blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Check for desired consistency and flavor. 

Add additional liquid if desired.
5. Top with coconut.
